Deborah has been working at La Hacienda since July 2010, initially in the Utilization Review as a screening specialist. After four years there, she moved to clinical and is now a primary phase case manager. Before coming to La Hacienda, she worked 13 years as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor at the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Program, an intensive therapeutic prison community program in Texas.
