Collegiate Program - Case Manager - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
The Case Manager assumes primary responsibility for case management of the
assigned case load. Including but not limited to assessment, treatment
planning, individual and group counseling, charting, discharge and continuing
care planning, liaison activity with significant others, communication as
necessary with referring agents and third party payers, and facilitating
didactic groups, as assigned. The Case Manager will have an LCDC license and
one or more of the following: Five years experience in working with CD
patients; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services field; graduate degree in Human
Services field. If recovering, must have at minimum of two years continuous
sobriety. Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Bilingual is preferred.
Utilization Review/Screening Specialist - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Responsible for all facets of the Utilization Review process on assigned case
load including program evaluation, data collection, and documentation of
action, outcome and results. Responsible for completing the pre-admission
screening process on potential patients as required, ensuring that all parties
involved receive excellent customer service. Must assist in locating suitable
treatment resources when it is determined that an individual is not appropriate
for admission to La Hacienda. Must communicate professionally and effectively
both verbally and in written form with facility management, staff, and all
outside contacts. Position requires a high school diploma or GED. Must have a
Texas LCDC, RN, or LVN license or may have Texas Clinical Intern status with a
minimum of two years experience in inpatient chemical dependency treatment, or
a minimum of five years experience at La Hacienda Treatment Center in a direct
care environment in a clinical or medical department. Must have experience in
advocating for appropriate utilization of patient resources, good understanding
and experience with managed care environment, reimbursement and treatment
center administrative procedures. Ability to effectively communicate with
patients, treatment team members and insurance/managed care representatives.
Knowledge or previous experience with basic computer operations. Ability to
work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Utilization Review Director - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Responsible for management of interactions between administration,
physicians, multiple internal departments, review agents, and third party case
managers to assure that patient's treatment resources, goals, processes and
related issues are effectively communicated. Supervises UR staff members in the
performance of their duties. Must have a Texas LCDC, RN, or LVN license with a
minimum of two years experience in inpatient chemical dependency treatment. Two
years experience in advocating for appropriate utilization of patient
resources, reimbursement and treatment center administrative procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, treatment team members and
insurance/managed care representatives. Knowledge or previous experience with
basic computer operations and basic typing skills.
Case Manager - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
The Case Manager assumes primary responsibility for counseling of the
assigned case load; including but not limited to individual and group
counseling, charting, liaison activity with significant others, communication
as necessary with referring agents and third party payers, and facilitating
teaching groups/classes as assigned. The applicant must have two or more years
experience in the field of chemical dependency and one or more of the
following: LCDC, LMSW, LCSW, or LPC; a bachelor's degree or graduate degree in
Human Services field. If recovering, must have a minimum of one year continuous
sobriety. A working knowledge of Windows operating system is preferred.
RN - PRN shifts only - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position is responsible for nursing care of all patients a
minimum of one year experience in general nursing and/or one year experience in
psychiatric/substance abuse nursing preferred. Must have current license in the
State of Texas. Must have current CPR certification.
Inquiry Call Representative - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Receives and processes inquiry calls, accurately qualifying
prospective patients for admission by collecting appropriate data. Position
requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, an understanding of
the chemical dependency setting and the philosophy of care and treatment and
the ability to work with other disciplines within the hospital.
Patient Compliance Monitor - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Assists with milieu management under the direction of the Clinical
Services Administrator, Program Director(s) or designated supervisor with
specific emphasis on monitoring patient attendance at required program
activities. High school diploma or GED required. Must have the ability to
interact warmly and professionally with patients while maintaining appropriate
boundaries. Must have the ability to walk across campus on a continuous basis
throughout shift. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop and lift up to 20
pounds. Excellent oral communication skills are required. Prior experience with
Windows operating systems is required. Bilingual preferred. If recovering, must
have a minimum of one year sobriety.
Direct Care Assistant - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Monitors the safety and well being of patients (not in the Special
Care Unit). Insures patient compliance with the program rules and guidelines.
Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. Prefer bilingual. 12 Step
experience preferred. Familiarity with Windows operating systems preferred.
Must demonstrate the ability to interact professionally with patients. Must be
able to walk across campus multiple times during a shift as required. Must be
able to sit, bend, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds. The shift is 3:30 -
Midnight.
Housekeeper/Facility Assistant - PT - College Station, TX
General Qualifications:
Provides daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies throughout the
facility in accordance with standard cleaning procedures. Maintains safe and
sanitary environment. Utilizes cleaning equipment and products appropriately.
Moves furniture such as tables and chairs as needed. Assists clinical staff to
ensure a safe environment and interacts with patients as needed to complete
urine drug screens and other duties to assist with program. High school diploma
or GED preferred. Prior cleaning experience preferred. Must have a neat, clean
appearance. Must be able to interact with patients in an appropriate manner,
honoring patient rights and confidentiality. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit,
stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
Night Support Staff - FT - Hunt, Texas
General Qualifications:
This position is responsible for the safety and well being of all
patients not residing in the Special Care Unit. Insures patient compliance
during the night shift and directs patient concerns to the Charge Nurse as
necessary. Must have high school diploma or GED. A minimum of one year health
care and/or security experience is preferred. Must be able to interact warmly
and professionally with patients. Ability to provide appropriate support to
patient(s) experiencing difficulty sleeping. If recovering, must have a minimum
of one year continuous sobriety. Must be able to walk across campus multiple
times as required during a shift. Able to sit, bend, stand, stoop and lift up
to 20 pounds.
