| As one of the Founding Patrons, La Hacienda had an exhibit setup at this years Clinical Overview of the Recovery Experience (CORE) Conference. La Hacienda also provided speakers at this years CORE Conference. La Hacienda’s Outpatient Services Administrator Sherri Layton, LCDC, CCS presented on the topic “Mentoring for Leadership Development – Preparing the Next Generation to Preserve Our Clinical Principles”, and Katie McQueen, MD presented “Family Participation in Chemical Dependency Treatment”. One of the most popular lectures at the conference was the joint effort of Sherri Layton, Paul Alexander, and Bob Ferguson. Their lecture titled “Ethics Perspectives in Addiction Treatment, An Industry Roundtable” stirred up a lot of discussion afterward. |
